Import Furniture Depot prides itself on its customer service, an essential part of this is to provide a delivery service to meet our customer’s needs.

We have developed our delivery services in line with the needs of our clients. Specialising in the delivery of furniture and valuable goods, our drivers are fully trained in the safe loading and movement of furniture goods and all deliveries can be tracked through our Head Office. By managing every step of the supply chain we are able to retain close and diligent control of the process, meaning you can track your orders every step of the way.

Our in-house direct-to-customer delivery service is competitively priced and reliable. We offer two local delivery service options as follows:

Local Delivery

1) Standard delivery – with our standard delivery package items are delivered to the house and will be left downstairs in the original packaging.

2) Premier delivery – we understand that some of our customers may require further help and support with their new furniture, with this in mind our premier delivery service enables the customer to select a room for the furniture to be taken to and all cardboard will be removed. We also offer a furniture assembly option.

National Delivery

If you live further afield we offer a pallet delivery service that operates deliveries all over the UK, so if you live in Lands End or John O’ Groats, we can help you!
